SHIPPING POLICY
If you have chosen jewelry made to order, please allow five days for us to make your pieces and an additional three days for shipping and handling. We currently offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express International. Due to our very small team, we're not able to honor any requests for expedited shipping or shipping via other carriers. Keep checking back for more options.
RETURN POLICY
Because all of our jewelry is made to order with unique and often one-of-a-kind materials, all items purchased via Gorgeous Glitch's online shop are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
We also regret that we cannot offer any type of customization on our existing styles. Thank you for your understanding and your support.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept PayPal and credit card payments. After you have selected your jewelry and provided shipping information, you will see a prompt for your payment details, such as your credit card information and any promotional codes or gift cards you may have. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third party payment processors to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment method.
